Under the direction of the Marketing Vice President, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing and promotional efforts for all properties located in the assigned portfolio. This will include the creation and execution of prospect emails and resident event communication. This position will act as marketing liaison during the onboarding of new acquisitions and dispositions. 


  • Provide project management support to Regional Marketing Manager on lease-up communities and rebranding initiatives 
  • Assist in gathering, transferring and onboarding of digital assets (photos, logo, floorplans, marketing collateral, social media log ins and set up, etc.) for new acquisitions and dispositions 
  • Shop competitor assets or those under acquisition consideration by Kettler or a client, gathering and compiling data in the form of SWOT analysis 
  • Assist the Director of Audience Engagement with the monthly event submissions. This will include coordinating with Freelance graphic designer, distributing artwork to appropriate properties, sending event emails and such. 
  • Support Marketing Managers in pulling monthly reports for operations and clients. 
  • Performing additional duties as needed 


  • Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to work with the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written 
  • Graphic Design and Social Media experience preferred 
  • Experience working within CRM or marketing automation platforms a plus 
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take initiative with projects 
  • Prior project management experience is a plus
