  • Overview

    The Senior Administrative Assistant will act as a gatekeeper and provide administrative support to the Vice President’s and Regional Property Managers across the organization.  This includes managing calendars, arranging travel, and creating meeting minutes. In addition, this position will be responsible for planning and organizing internal and external meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating and distributing materials, selecting and negotiating with venues, and coordinating travel arrangements for attendees.


    • Supports day-to-day operations and administration within the organization. Acts as a liaison to external callers and other corporate departments.
    • Provides administrative support to the Vice President’s and Regional Property Managers, including drafting documents, creating presentations, and completing other special projects as assigned.
    • Handle property management invoice processing, check requests and expense reports to Accounts Payable team for processing.
    • Manage phone lines and billing for the property management division.
    • Schedules, organizes, and executes planning activities for meetings, travel, conferences, and events.
    • Run reports and keep master property list/database up to date.
    • Update the property management organizational charts.


    • High-School degree required. A four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
    • Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in property management industry.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal and team building skills among all organizational levels.
    • Demonstrated fluency on Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point critical. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in an organized manner and manage time efficiently and effectively in a fast pace environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
