  • Overview

    This position will provide financial modeling and analytical support for Kettler’s Multi-Family and Land development teams. In addition, support Kettler’s financial analysis team on cash flow forecasting, fund asset performance reporting, budgeting and ad hoc analysis.  


    • Responsible for underwriting efforts during feasibility and capital placement and maintenance of models through construction completion
    • Support analysis of Kettler’s Multi-family and Land development pipelines and partner with Investments, Finance and Development teams with complex deal structures
    • Evaluate joint venture opportunities, including review of PSA agreements, lender and partnership documents, and settlement statements to accurately capture the economics and risks of each transaction
    • Develop and manage financial models and analyses to support cash flow projections
    • Lead development of quarterly budget and forecast updates for all development projects, including budget adjustments within the accounting system
    • Support the continued enhancement of proforma, financial forecasting, and other modeling tools
    • Develop investor packages and performance scorecards for Kettler Senior Management
    • Prepare presentations for senior management/executive team and external partners as needed


    • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
    • 3-5 years of real estate and financial modeling experience
    • Familiar with FAST modeling standards
    • An in-depth understanding of the real estate development process
    • Extensive experience developing financial models in a real estate environment; advance MS Excel capabilities (VBA knowledge a plus)
    • Ability to analyze complex information, including numerical analysis, present conclusions to key stakeholders
    • Strong problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
    • Delivering high quality products with a demanding schedule
    • Ability to work and collaborate with a number of multi-disciplinary projects and teams
    • Ability to communicate complex issues, written and verbal, to non-specialists
    • Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
