  • Overview

    Kettler has a unique opportunity for a hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition and Engagement to oversee and direct a full life cycle recruiting operation and the culture/engagement committee.  The role of the Director of Talent Acquisition will include but not be limited to developing recruiting strategies, implementing recruitment guidelines, and driving metrics to ensure requisitions are filled in a timely and cost effective manner. 


    Talent Acquisition

    • Oversee Talent Acquisitions Department including a Recruiter Team.
    • Partner with Senior Leaders and Executives to develop long term staffing strategies.
    • Maintain a financial recruitment budget including developing a financial plan and projecting expenditures.
    • Negotiate vendor contracts and develop new vendor relationships.  Keep contracts on hand and use Smartsheet to track all vendor information in detail.
    • Provide insight on industry trends, jobs, salaries, and other Human Resources topics.
    • Work directly with all areas of Human Resources to ensure quality of service and compliance.
    • Oversee the process around the Applicant Tracking System (iCims) and how it integrates with our HRIS System (Ultipro).
    • Manage a requisition load.
    • Implement and recommend best practices for sourcing and advertising open requisitions.
    • Implement and Roll Out new programs such as Glassdoor and The Muse. 
    • Create and implement a maintenance program and campus recruiting program.
    • Mentor and develop recruitment staff by providing goals, objectives and training.
    • Encourage business leaders to utilize internal recruitment methods to cut down on external recruiting fees and cost.

    Culture & Engagement

    • Manage the external responses through Glassdoor and manage the Kettler LinkedIn Page.
    • Led the Culture & Engagement Committee.  Create charter, calendar, and buckets with leads for each area of focus.  Provide metrics around each event. 
    • Send out weekly/bi-weekly hot job bulletin with our employee referral program to increase pipeline.
    • Integrate Diversity and Inclusion initiatives into the C&E Strategy.
    • Partner with VP of HR to roll-out additional programs to enhance employee engagement.  Rewards and Recognition Programs, Tenure Award Program, Volunteer Program, etc.



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Related Discipline
    • 10 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
    • 5-10 years of practical management experience
    • Experience working in a Real Estate is a plus
    • Should be a self-starter and possess a strong ability to lead
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem solving ability
    • Ability to effectively deliver business presentations and plans
    • Proficient in using multiple ATS systems
    • Proficient in using MS Office
    • Wiliness to roll-up sleeves as this is a hands-on position.
