    Kettler has a unique opportunity for a Cororate Recruiter in the Tyson’s Corner, VA  Corporate Office who likes high volume recruiting in a fast paced professional environment.  We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a process improvement mind set.  The role of the Corporate Recruiter, will include but not be limited to handling in-take calls with hiring managers, posting and recruiting roles for Property Management to support attracting and hiring maintenance talent. The Corporate Recruiter will proactively source through social media channels, and drive metrics to ensure requisitions are filled in a timely and cost effective manner. 


    • Oversee the job description creation for new and existing maintenance positions to ensure consistency and accuracy
    • Partner with hiring managers to develop long term maintenance staffing strategies
    • In partnership with Service Operations, ensure all methods in assessing technical talent are accurate and effective
    • Manage a high-volume requisition load
    • Source candidates using various methods such as internet job posting sites, employee referrals, and social media channels to attract a diverse candidate pool
    • Develop relationships with vocational and technical schools to develop a pool of maintenance talent
    • In partnership with Service Operations, develop and manage apprenticeship program
    • Conduct telephone screening interviews with prospective candidates
    • Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
    • Act as a subject matter expert for all recruiting systems and processes
    • Work directly with all areas of Human Resources to ensure quality of service and compliance
    • Following up with hiring managers to ensure key milestones in the hiring plan are met  
    • Preparing and sending offer letters  
    • Send background check link and follow through to make sure candidates meet requirements before being able to begin employment
    • Drafting and distributing rejection letters/emails as appropriate   
    • Contributing to strategic recruiting initiatives, including: tracking open requisitions, coordinating and managing career fairs, college and diversity recruiting initiatives, and building networks to source active and passive candidate recruiting. 


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Related Discipline and/or related experience.
    • 2-5 years of full-life cycle recruitment experience.
    • Property Managerment/Real Estate/Hospitality recruiting experience is highly preferred.
    • Experience with Ultipro (HRIS System) and iCims (ATS) a plus.
    • Should be a self-starter with a high level of initiative.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem solving ability.
    • Must be patient, calm under pressure and bring a team first attitude while managing a high volume recruitment operation.  
    • Nimble working with technology and mapping out processes.
    • Creative and an out of the box thinker.
    • Proficient in using MS Office.
