The Construction Manager will be responsible for owner representation for construction of large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments from project inception through project close out. The selected candidate will be part of a Tampa-based team responsible for Kettler’s growth in Florida and the Southeast, which currently includes a major mixed-use redevelopment close to downtown Tampa. A primary responsibility of this role will include assisting in the delivery of completed developments, punch-list completion, coordination of retail tenant build-outs and transitioning to property management.
